You are not alone. I am in the same situation. Applied last April for a student visa in the Canadian Embassy in Manila. Until now, I have not gotten any notification. Average handling time is 13 weeks. I'm on my 12th week next week. Until the 13 weeks is over, I cannot follow up on the status of my application. The delay is overwhelmingly stressful and painful... We just have to be more patient!
