why you guys want to immigrate to Canada, your countries are not that good for you?

what do you think my dear? As I see people have different interest, and want to get the best opportunity, it is their nature. You can see how many people are shifting from your home country to others. Can you answer the same? This means all people who are qualified and well experienced in their areas of study and work are migrating, not all. Do not think migration is very easy process. it is more challenging. It is like demolishing old house and building new house.

most of the people want to immigrate due to pay scale.
in my country they pay a welder monthly about 8-9 thousand(150 to 200 $) and in country like canada and australia salary of welder is above 3000 monthly i think that is a u a good enough reason for migration.

I think that this forum is not the best place to ask this question. It all depends on perspective - you can find people from Syria who this immigration see as a way to stay alive and survive and, also, people from USA who are looking for a better paid job up north. You can also find a lot of people who just want Canadian passport so they could collect as much benefits as they can and don't want to live there.
You should ask this on some local forum, but even than you'll see that all the reasons depend on individual's perspective and personal goals.

hello guys,

i think that canada is well known all over the world for its splendid Quality of Life. if we talk about salaries, then USA, UK and Australia have higher salaries than canada.
canada is a humanitarian country as opposed to being a capitalist country, where human life and human values are more important than huge bank balances.
also canada is a fantastic place to start a family, raise a family and get old.
remember that in 2008 global economic meltdown, canada was the only country that was not hugely affected, which shows that canada and canadians are sensible people when it comes to managing finances.
i truly think canada has an EDGE over other developed countries like usa, uk, oz etc because of its humane beliefs.

Canada and India were the only two that were not affected by the 2008 financial crisis

Indians constitute the highest number of immigrants in Canada.
If India is stabilized as you claim will they be migrating?

Actually the PRC has been first for the 8 of the last 10 years. India was only first in 1 year.

I think this question is inappropriate in this forum. This forum is for people looking to immigrate for different reasons depending on their living conditions and personal preferences?
It is entirely one's personal choice to immigrate to any place in the world. SO lets leave this matter.

i have heard that january is the coldest time in edmonton? we better prepare ourselves for the chilliest winter ever.
have you booked your accommodation? i am thinking of going for homestay for initial 2-3 months till i get organized and land myself a survival job. maybe after i get a job, i can live in a place of my own.
www.homestayfinder.com is a good link for finding homestays.

Man if you are happy in your country then stay there and let them immigrate...why does it bother you :D

In my case the reason was that - i want to live in a country which is stable economically, politically and where
human rights are valued + offers a good quality of life.
