Hello, I got a rejection for Canada student visa under SDS category stating that "The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application." should I reapply because I already got 2 rejections in past.

Ask under International Students. Order GCMS note to find out reasons for refusal (assume you did this for past refusals) because why reapply if you don’t know why. IRCC doesn’t believe you are a genuine student.

Can’t say. Don’t know your profile, reasons for past refusals and whether you have changed your program which you must have done after 2 refusals. You will not make January intake.

I don’t know your profile so can’t say. Hight light the fact that you changed programs to show education progression, and that this program will give you xx more money per year than your job now to justify costs.
