Hi, I received the refusal of my study permit(for fall intake) with the reason called your stay is inconsistent in canada.i already deferred to Jan intake 2023. What I have to do next. How can I know the exact reason of my refusal and how sooner I can reapply.

Apply for GCMS and once you receive your notes review it with your agent and reapply with valid strong justifications.
Jan Should be fine. Make sure you reapply before mid of October if your proceeding with Jan intake.
It's too late for September. Processing won't be done in time. You'll have to aim for Jan.
