Hi All,
If we visit the Canadian immigration website we see news tickers showing that immigration process will be faster and also many consultant agents promise that the Visa will be processed within six to twelve months. How true is that? Visa holding PRs, please share your experience of recently promised faster immigration process.

Thanks

Yes... I have seen the statistics. But people in this forum reflect a different story. So many ppl are stuck waiting for their visas. I have plans to do my masters very soon and they have my original transcripts. Its very sticky situation. I hope everything happens quickly whether i am accepted or rejected. Sometimes in life you cannot take uncertainty.

Its still an average of between 6 to 12 months.(My example of about 12 months from submission of docs to Buffalo (June 2009) is countered by similar applicants who applied after me and got it in 9 months.)
Buddy this is not something that you can be sure of.
Its a story that will have its own twists an turns for each individual.
