The processing time has passed, but my visa still has no update.

I live in Toronto, and want to extend my work permit visa with the same employer.

I submitted my online application on Oct 13. The CIC website estimates that it needs 1 month to process. Today I checked the website and found they are working on application received on Oct 16. Why my application hasn't received any update? I sent them an email but not any response?

Any solution on my issue? My visa will expire on next March, so it is very critical issue for me. Please help.

Are you referring to Re-Entry Visa or Work permit?Both are related but two different thing. anyway you will have to call the CIC call center and follow up the status of your application, the number is 1-888-242-2100
