The Process after ECOPR -help-

Well I have receieved my ECOPR email around 2 weeks ago. I have updated my SIN number. I have some questions.

1- Do I need to apply for PR Card? I mean, we need to do something for PR Card after ECOPR?

2- How am I supposed to update my CRA account for new SIN number?

3- Do I also need to update my Health Card? (I haven't changed my mail address)

I'm just confused. Thanks for help.
