First of all, thank you everyone on this forum for providing all the tips and advice. I have been a silent reader since Jan 2020.
I haven't had time to post this since my PPR but have finally decided to take the time to register an account in order to post this, knowing that this may be helpful to some of you.

The wait was so frustrating as I couldn't make plans for my life without knowing where I was going to live in a few months time, and whether I should look for other countries to emigrate to. Got really tired of IRCC using the Wuhan virus as an excuse to 1. discriminate FSW by only holding CEC and PNP draws, 2. delay processing of outland applicants, 3. delay issuance of GCMS notes, 4. ignore webforms, etc. not to mention the monthly extension of border restrictions. This pandemic, or, more accurately, the people / organisations that use this pandemic as an excuse for everything, have made what should have been a 4-month journey a 17-month one.
Anyways, I'm so glad I survived all these to experience the moment my RFV email appeared in my mailbox out of the blue. All the best to those who are still waiting for PPR!
