In their explanations about the June 11 date, the CIC also said that applications "in the works" up to April 1st will be decided on by March 31, 2016.
Does this mean that those applications who are "in process" as of 4/1/15 are to be dealt with first, or does that mean those applications who received AOR by 4/1/15 will be dealt with first?
It could explain why those of us who had their "sent to local office" line disappear may have had it disappear because of the date of "in process" of their applications --- In Process after 4/1/15 = delay to local office until after 3/31/16???
