The Medical decision?

Hi Guys,

I did the upfront medical exam, and the IRCC asked for more information about a specific issue in order to make a decision, and I provided this information,

My immigration doctor uploaded the additional document more than 3 weeks ago and still I haven't heard anything, so my question is, what should happen next? should I get an email, or some status on my profile should be updated or what?

Also, after I submitted my complete application about a month ago the eligibility status became (We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.)...is that normal?

But right now the medical status is "You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes.", what does that mean?
