The maintenance funds value

We are planning to apply for Federal Skilled Worker Immigration to Canada where my wife is Primary Applicant.She attempted IELTS General and we are waiting for the results on next week. We have some query which I mention below.

Query1> She done her Master in biology and having 3+ year experience as Laboratory Assistant(Microbiologist) from university. Can we considers this designation/experience under NOC [National Occupational Classification Code] -2121 and SOL Code under 2121. so howmuch points can we get it?

Query2> We are two applicant so we need to maintain 2 $13,837 Rs.7,19,524.00 INR - Can we considers LIC(life insurance corporation -Policy certificate) and My(secondary) applicant`s PF amount as liquidity during application? is it fine to provide all $13,837 from my (secondary`s) applicant bank account? please suggest ?

All funds must be liquid, so unless you can cash in the life insurance policy (sounds painful, LOL) you have to go with the bank funds. They are certainly acceptable in the ACCOMPANYING spouse's account.
Now, for the NOC 2121 question, does your wife perform all the following actions? That is the most important question YOU have to prove with the job duties reference from her boss.
Main duties

Biologists perform some or all of the following duties:
•Plan and conduct studies of the environment, and of the population, distribution, structure and functional characteristics and behaviour of plants and animals
•Conduct ecological and environmental impact studies and prepare reports
•Study, identify and classify plant and animal specimens
•Conduct experiments in plant or animal growth, heredity and breeding
•Prepare reports and plans for management of renewable resources
•May supervise biological technologists and technicians and other scientists.

For comparison, I did a Google search for Microbiologist Lab Assistant NOC

Just to add to what Pippin has said. When looking at whether you qualify or not, the guide that CIC publish does indeed say "some or all of the following duties". That's a little misleading, since if you have experience in, for example, 2 out of 8 duties for a particular NOC, that is definitely some of the duties, but it is unlikely you will qualify.

The OP6 manual is what the immigration officers use to determine eligibility, and in that it states that your experience must match the lead statement and a "significant" number of the duties. They do not define what "significant" means but most people think the ballpark is around 50% of the duties as a minimum.

So since there are 6 duties listed for the NOC above, really you need to provide evidence that you not only have experience in the lead statement, but also in at least 3 of those duties.

QUERY> if its under NOC 1473 - do we get full 19 points out of 12 as she perform full time job of total 3 year and 3 months
QUERY> Her designation " Lab Assistant(microbiologist) "provided by University So do we need to consider her under "microbiologist" or "Microbiologist Lab Assistant"
