can anyone tell me that do I have to attest even my BBA degrees and transcript for Express entry or only the MBA degree and transcript???

The MBA is enough, but if you want you could evaluate both, the price is one and the same.

I sent an email to cio-sydney-search-enquiry@cic.gc.ca on 13th March.But no reply yet.Can i still except the reply or somethingh is wrong?
 
Hi All, Im joining the club. My application received on 16th December and DD not charged yet. NOC is 1123. can any on suggest whats happening to this NOC. some say it is CAPPED. is it true ?

Hi even i am in the same boat....I had sent my application on 1 Dec 2014 and it was received on 5 Dec2014 and till date there has been no update. No DD charged and no communication received. a friend of mine had sent her application on 23 dec and it was returned to her in last week of march with an advice to file under EE. Can anyone help here with some information about this delay?

Your NOC was capped in October, please try EE now

they usually respond to email around 60 days or more, its better you call them. +16139444000

I know you must be quite anxious, I second Tbaba suggestion to call CIC and ask for a status update. You can also email them, but as Tbaba said, they take a long time to respond.

I would also suggest that while you await an update on your FSW 2014 application, create an Express Entry profile. It's easy and free.

I am a 5 Dec applicant with no information so far. Have checked with my bank and the DD hasn't been encashed. The DD will expire on 18 May. I called up CIC 4 times and each time i was told my name does not reflect in their system. One of the agents sent me an email next day stating I had called and they would connect with me with information within 4 - 6 weeks. By then my DD would have expired. I had logged an enquiry also with CIC but to that also i have received NO REPLY. Can anyone help me here? what to do? Neither is file sent back (as one of the agents told me if it was sent back then i would have been in their system with this info against my name)... my courier guy confirms the delivery of my documents. Someone asked me to go to the embassy in Delhi and find out. CAN ANY SENIOR HELP ME HERE WITH SOME GUIDANCE AND ADVICE????? Please help...extremely depressed!!
