Hi Everybody..!! A little update on my status, I already have COPR on hand and will drive to the nearest port of entry on the weekend..!!!
FINALLY...!!!!!!

I guess Ottawa is working a bit faster this year, they emailed me last Wednesday asking if I could land before April 7 because my medicals were about to expire and to confirm my address. I replied yes and they sent me COPR the very next day..!!! I've been visiting my hubby in Calgary for like a month now so it only took like 3 business days to receive the COPR. There was no PPR, it wen't straight to COPR and my status has been updated on Ecas as well.

It will soon be your turn, be patient and the good Lord will bless you very soon with COPR.

LANDED! Exciting times. I just happened to be back in Texas visiting family last week and my CPR came to my wife's parents house in Toronto while I was away. It also just so happened that my sister-in-law was coming down to Texas as well the next day, so they gave her the paperwork, she handed off to me, and I flew back as scheduled into Pearson on Monday. The process was extremely smooth, probably helped by the fact that I don't have any goods to follow, everyone was very friendly and it only took about 30 minutes at most.

We were so surprised to get it, weren't expecting CPR to come so suddenly, thought it would be a few more months for sure. And the last word we got from CIC was sponsorship approved way back in the summer. No PPR or anything. Apparently they are back from winter vacation and working quickly. Thanks for all the info everyone, and good luck to everyone still waiting! Let me know if you have any questions I'll try to come back here and answer them if I can

I landed on March 7th, 2014 at the Peace Bridge, could you update the spreadsheet?

It was kind of funny cause when I was landing at Peace Bridge, the immigration border guy just asked some basic questions, stapled the sheet to my passport and told me it would come in the mail. I am from the US, but I was still kinda expecting a little welcome packet like some people had mentioned... Oh well, happy to be landed though! Toronto is much bigger than my little town in Minnesota though!

I've been away from town for 15 days for family reasons, now I'm starting to put everything together for my big trip to Canada.

I got Decision Made on my Ecas.

Hey guys, how are yal chilling? I know its been awhile since I was last on here, i forgotten my password, but im back now with good news!! I got a decision made status on my ecas; my long wait here is now over. However im not sure what that decision is yet; as right now im in canada, but they mailed the letter to my native home country. I have to go back down and pick it up,, but I'm sure its good news though. Well that's my update for now.

I'm glad to see that some of yal have already landed, while most are a couple of steps closer to doing so as well. Congratulations to everything that has made it, and all that are on their way.

Nice chilling with you guys, I'll continue to update the spreadsheet.

I can update the spreadsheet regularly now coz I already resigned from work. My husband wants me to rest already to prepare for migration to Canada because of the latest, the Canadian embassy here are already requesting passports from July applicants .And they usually issue visas in 3 to 8 weeks at most.

I wish I'd be lucky enough to have my PPR this week....hehe. Let us know if you've already received your COPR. You already have your decision made so it's gonna be soon.

Awe thats good, yeah I believe I do have COPR, they sent it to my American address though, so I have to find a way to get up it here in Canada, where I'm currently at right now. Instead of mailing it, I was wondering if i could just fax it up here, this is the best option for me. They skipped past the PPR, because i had sent Ottawa a scanned copy of my passport when i first sent in the application. Its crazy how fast they made a decision though. I just need to see the papers myself to confirm things. Yours will come soon, don't worry.
