Hope so! The way I feel at the moment, I think I'll move back to Canada in December and wait the remaining time out there with my wife. Do you, (or anyone else here reading) think that would be a problem with the VO?

God Bless you. I pray every night for a quick resolution to this.

It sure is! Actually, my wife has cousins up in Kitchener. I've never been but I'm sure I will when I'm over there permanently :)

From what I have read, it's not easy being from the Phils but I am no expert.

Yeah. It will be tough being in the Phil specially for the visitor's visa :(

As far as I know JuRy, as long as you have sufficient proof that you will be going back once your visit is over, they could choose to give you the visa. Unfortunately, odds are that 99% of spousal sponsorship visit visas get rejected as the PR application in process shows that you want to stay in Canada and not return to your home country. And if you don't have a PR Application in process, they will most likely reject the visit visa application because they wonder why you don't just apply for PR. That is the advice I got from an immigration consultant.

looks like lots of people under CEM got their visas this week!!!!More please 8)

Yes sis, it's really inspiring that our Manila VO are working overtime this week. A lot of pprs and visas were issued this week and it brings hope to us July applicants that we will get our PPR at least by december. Hehehe :) I hope it continues. :)

Anyway, are you on our fb group already? If it's ok with you, can you pls pm me your name so I can add you up in FB.

Thanks sis! I am so excited for all of us. :) :P :P :P

Ok so I still haven't got an email but my Ecas has changed to "decision made" and a letter was sent to me Aug 27. I still haven't got it yet. :( Ugh so anxious.

Yippie!! Congratualtions!! You finally got your SA. Maybe it is coming through snail mail or they were wanting to leave early for the long weekend and overlooked something? Hang in there, you might get it after the long weekend. At least they updated ECAS for you.
