Sweden, thank you for your answer, you are a great help and I do agree 100% with everything. Basically we both were thinking the exact same and YES it worth it. Sure enough it would be less stressful, OMG.
This morning (my morning) I will talk to my Husband and he will share the news with me. But anyways I already experienced a wrong info from CIC call center, as soon as I got the answer I had to correct them over the phone :S ooops... So actually all I have is YOU guys on this forum.

To tell the truth, all of us here being apart from the Loved own steel nerves as you said before :'(

I suggested to my Husband to join us here as well, but poor thing he is too tired beside his two jobs. He is trying to gather some money for the airfares... For the three of us(kids and me) it's a fortune to travel tomthe west coast. we just came back two months ago.

I will be joining you. I originally submitted my application on June 21 but, it was sent back to me due to two missing forms that I can't get. I've written a letter stating so and re-submitted the application. They received it this morning.
My VO is Mexico City. Meds done June 13. My husband will join me in Calgary. Good luck everyone!

It wasn't the additional dependents form or the representative one was it? We didn't include those because it was not applicable, and wrote N/A on the checklist.

No, it was the IMM5669 and IMM5406 that they wanted my husband's son to fill out because he is a dependent over the age of 18. The son refused (obviously, we can't force him) and after calling CIC, I was advised just to write a letter stating so and resubmit our application. So, that's what I've done. The irritating thing is that all the information that he would have filled out is in my husband's forms so, it's just repeat information. I'm praying that this time our application is accepted even without the forms I can't get.

We did submit the Use of a Representative form using myself as the representative just so I could have access to my husband's information if needed.
