Background Declaration Schdule 1 form is the same as the

IMMIGRANT SUMMARY FORM

THIS FORM MUST BE COMPLETED IN DUPLICATE FOR ALL PERSONS 18 YEARS AND OVER AND SHOULD
BE THE SAME INFORMATION AS THE INFORMATION ON THE IMMIGRANT APPLICATION FORM.

So we have to fill in both even though its the same info?? is that correct?

where is this form? I have never heard of such a form!!

This form is on the website of the Canadian Visa office in London. There are two forms it says you have to fill in that are extra, the Net Worth Form and the Immigrant summary form.

according to their regulation in the website you will have to fill in that application as a principal applicant and your wife and every child who is 18 years or older so the answer yes it will be repeated according to the number of the adults in your family members.

These are not the same. We have to fill them both. If you dont fill it now, you will be asked to do it later, that will lead to delays...
