The IEC 2015 - Poland - Police Certificate

I lived here, in Britain for over 5 years now (16-21) and while I did message the IEC team, I'm still waiting for their response, so I thought you could ease my mind a little bit.
Do I have to have both the English and Polish Police Certificates or will the English one do just fine on its own?

1. Although you shouldn't require one, CIC is going to ask for it, since you can't prove that you haven't returned to Poland since you turned 18.
