hello, i sent my degree in managment information systems and my wife's degree in business managment to my brother in canada
i sent him the official sealed degrees from my university !!
if he signs the application as an authorized person, can he send the our documents to the university of toronto for the credential assessment?
i did not know that it has to be sent directly from my university
is there a way of doing that or it has to be sent from my university?

Send it to WES instead, not University of Toronto. WES will accept the sealed transcripts even if it's from your brother.

Transcripts are required to be sealed, not degrees.

Check out WES website, follow their instruction. You can ask your uni to put your transcripts in a sealed envelop and sign the flap, then you can send it yourself. Once you're done, please check your address on WES website because they will send a hard copy to you.

another question please the NOC code is it A for B.S Managment information systems
and my wife's is : B.A business managment is ithis A?

NOC A jobs require a university degree to be employed. That's all it means.
If your ECA comes back with a university degree equivalence, you can safely choose a NOC A code.
