The earliest time for applying study permit extension

I want to apply for study permit extension.
Do you know when is the earliest time I can apply? For example can I apply 4 month before the expiring date?

It is better to apply within 90 days from expiring date.

Hi, it is mentioned on CIC website that one should apply atleast 90 days before. So, you should apply minimum 90 days from the date your study permit is expiring. But you can apply anytime for extension. like for example you can even apply 4 months before. you can apply as soon as you want. Thanks.
