the difference between NOC 0632 and NOC 0015

I am going to purchase a hostel that is well established for more than 10 years, and I will apply for an LMIA after purchasing. I have a question regarding the job title.
I will be the owner-operator of this business, but when I look at the NOC code and found both NOC 0632 and NOC 0015 may match my situation. so which one I should use to apply for my LMIA?
