Hi guys,
I'm filling the forms of FSW2014 after reading through the online guide (a.k.a IMM7000) and noticed some collisions between them.

For eg. The form IMM5669 question 9 tells us to "Write 'None' in the box if you have not been a member of any association/organization", while IMM7000 tells "If you were not a member of an association or organization, do not write 'not applicable'. Rather, write: 'I have never been a member of an organization or association'."

Which approach should we take?

The two essentially mean the same thing and you would be answering the question. I don't think you would have a problem using either as they are both listed as suggested specific answers on official documents. "Not Applicable", however, could be taken to mean that you are saying the question doesn't apply to you.
