The best occupation for an easier qualification

I know that everybody is waiting for the list of 38 occupations. I am current a supervisor with a lot of duties. I will be promoted next month to an Assistant Manager. Which one will be more qualified as skilled worker?

That is what I do:

Supervise a workforce of twelve full time and five part-time employees.
Assist manager in preparing annual departmental budget.
Assist manager in inventory preparation in a monthly basis.
Assist manager in material and merchandise purchases.
Responsible for online mail order process: receiving, processing and shipping.
Assist manager in clothing catalog montage.
Manage Human Resources issues, skilled at problem resolution.
