Guys, as I understand it is very popular to get cashbacks here in Canada at Costco and many other stores. Which type of a card do I need to have to be eligible for those? Is PC financial good in this terms?

I'm not sure. I have been considering BMO because I like that the account is free for a year but many are telling me to go for TD.

Is TD really that good?
