Hi guys,
I was just wondering what you guys actually did, or plan to do with the auto-generated bar-code pages from the Generic Application Form IMM0008 form.
After reading the instruction:
"Place the barcode pages on top of your application (forms and supporting documents) when you will submit it."
Off I went to print out the pages, the barcode pages are on Page 4 of 5 (containing eight blobs of barcodes) and Page 5 of 5 (last two blobs of barcodes and the consent/declaration/signature of the application)
Now, according to the instruction above, I guess I'm supposed to rip out Page 4 and Page 5 from the IMM0008 form, and place it on top of all my forms, passport copies, T4 .... I have two concerns regarding this:
1. My IMM0008 only has Pages 1, 2 and 3 stapled together, while pages 4 and 5 are separate. It just feels more right to have all these pages together, especially the signature part on page 5.
2. I thought of photocopying so that I would have a complete 5-page IMM0008 document, plus the 2 pages "on top" as suggested. This approach has its own disadvantage having an extra duplicate of the signature page.
Please let me know your thoughts.
Regards,
Tung
