Hi, i did my biometric on 27 march, so after month i send email to know how my application is going but i received this email saying like this ( the application is currently in review by an officer) can please someone explain to me what does means ? And how long it take the officer to end review my case

Yes I'm a refugee so I'm waiting my visa and still i haven't do my medical examination

Maybe a yeae or year and half
If you are in a province with low backlog you will might hear in 6 months.

People are waiting up to 2+ years for a hearing. There will be very long periods of time where you hear nothing.

I know some people they did the biometric the same time with me but after a month they do the medical examination,
But I'm still waiting, is something normal or maybe i have problem with my casa??

If you haven’t heard about your medical months from now I would look into it but it hasn’t even been a month. You can’t assume that everyone will have the exact same processing times there is some variability between people. If you haven’t heard anything for months and all the other people have then I would look into it.

It already happened month i did my biometric on 27 February, sorry i did mistake of telling when i did my biometrics it's almost going to be 2 months

Is this a private sponsirship? Government Sponsorship? Is your spouse in Canada and they have applied for asylum? It is important to specify this because most posting have applied for asylum within Canada. Have you ever done a medical for Canada?

It's Government Sponsorship, and I'm outside of Canada.
I haven't do any medical before I'm waiting to do it because i used to hear that after 1 month of submitted my biometric i will do medical examination but till now i haven't get any response to do it
