the agency fraud about canadian visa

one of my family friend is applying to canada after 12 year of education,through some agency,and that agency told them that if you will pay additional fee to university more then normal fee you dont need to show money in ur account and you can go to canada without showing any money, is that true? i am sure, they are looting, they are fraud! that agency already have taken 3 lacs from them!

No - it's not true. Someone is scammming your friend. Your friend is never going to see his 3 lacs again.

Surely that agency is a scam and trying to extort money from people who don't know much about Visa application process. Better try to expose that consultant in this forum so that more people can be saved from them.

About the question you don't need o pay excess fees to the university, just pay the nominal fees, get a GIC/student loan from the designated bank. Show some FDs & bank statement. That will do for funds. Hope this help.
