Two things the Visa office is trying to point out 1. Your overall marks is below 60% 2. Bare minimum English language score 6.5 You cannot change the bachelor of arts percentage(58%), but in order to compensate for that you should have a higher English score greater than 7.0.

It depends what you did during those three years gap. If you are working in the same field as your studies then that will be an advantage. If you were not doing anything then you have to justify why. Course should be selected based on your interest and past studies.

Please provide your profile details. Your BE percentage might be an issue, First get a letter of acceptance from your desired institution, try to justify your post engineering experience for your desire to go for management course. Nothing is impossible in this world, but you have to try really hard.

Why not give it as shot if you really wanna go for higher studies in Canada. The visa authorities look for your academic aspects along with your professional experience(if any). Else you can try for other countries like Australia, NZ.
