Dear Belize,
Congratulation to your "happy end" of successful landing in Canada! I am impressive to your "fight" with full of hope and strength and a long story for the immigration trip to Canada. I believe that you and your family would get next-step success in Canada with this strong spirit and motivation.
By the way, could you please continue to share your "way to success" following your series of failure from "Application reject-->reconsideration reject (1)-->appeal reject (2)": how to prepare each step (1), (2) and make it successful at the final step.
It is because I and many others who are under "Decision made" notice (mostly after 2nd AOR and before medical request) by VO S'pore but there is no clue to understand exactly what it is (as quoted "We received your application for permanent residence on April 30, 2010. We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on September 9, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision").
Up to now, it seems that nobody receives such letter as said, which makes us worried, concerned and unclear about our situation to go ahead. SOme seniors here said it could be a signal of rejection from VO. If it is true, we have to start a hard time period to "fight" with steps like reconsideration-->appeal as you did and etc.
Wish you and all members here all the best on the not-easy road ahead. Thank you very much for your attention and support to make us stronger.
Frank
