Do we know the lead time in receiving our COPR? My application was approved today, I have my COPR number on my file now but it says check messages for further information, but no COPR in messages!

Many applications that are approved are pending and COPR has not been issued. You will jus have to wait.

I applied for visiting visa from Nigeria in March 5 2020 paper route, after a long waiting for decision, I applied for Gcms note which I received on 30 September.

eligibility : review required
criminality: pass
information sharing: in progress

VO note said that name of the application changed: old value(s) John, Praise Benson.1979, male, surulere/ lagos state Nigeria. new value(s) John, Praise. 1979, male, surulere/ lagos state Nigeria.

Pls pls sir what document should I send to address the concern of the VO. or i should wait for VO to request more additional documents.

The note that reads "application changed: old value(s) John, Praise Benson.1979, male, surulere/ lagos state Nigeria. new value(s) John, Praise. 1979, male, surulere/ lagos state Nigeria." is an administrative note and has noting to do with the processing.

Do you have any other note, except this?

The BGC status changes a few times during the processing of the application. Initially it changes when criminality is in progress, and the later for security.

BGC = Criminality + Security.

Yes Sir that is the lastest note from secondary VO in Ottawa and primary VO from Kenya.
The previous note was biometric verified.

Though my real name is JOHN PRAISE BENSON but I was using JOHN PRAISE in my passport since 2007. even the certificate I obtained from Malaysia bear JOHN PRAISE when I applied for USA and UK it was the same name which I was denied for USA but i was granted a UK visa last year but my marriage certificate which was done in COURT 2010 bear JOHN PRAISE BENSON.
Even all my lands and house properties bear JOHN PRAISE.
My company name and bank statement of account bear the same JOHN PRAISE.

Infact am confused i don't now why the VO
wrote that review required in my eligibility.

or do I send more supporting documents like my birth certificate and LOE. or wait for them to ask for more supporting documents.

It seems there is no formal note for eligibility in your GCMS yes. The name etc is administrative and all GCMS notes have it where they verify your details from the passport and update it accordingly.

Also i am bit worried due to not received PAL, coz most of the people got within 2 to 3 months from AOR.

Everyone who receives it seems to be getting by email but just spoke to an agent and he said it was mailed to my address? Can’t see any threads where that’s happened before?

It is at the discretion of IRCC. Usually IRCC prefers email, but can also send documents at your physical address.

@legalfalcon Really appreciate and thank you for your help to everyone on this forum. I do have few questions to ask if you can answer. I would really appreciate please.

I got information letter confirming the PR in Canada last week. And I already applied for PR card for me and my spouse.
1) Am I officially the Permanent resident or do I have I need a PR card to be a PR? ECAS status already showed the landing date for me.
2) Can I change my job at this moment?
3) I have applied for a new SIN (because many told me to update with this information or copr letter). But as I applied online, it will take few weeks. Can I continue working with my current SIN (expiring the early next year) till the new one comes?
