I am in the exact same position as you (everything else done and waiting on US FBI PCC, same ITA date). However, if you submit your application without the PCC now, I'm pretty sure IRCC will reject your application on the grounds of it being incomplete. The only reason people have been able to submit their applications without the FBI US PCC (and then get approval from IRCC for an extension to send it in later) is because IRCC knows how long this particular PCC takes to get and so they often (not always) accept documentation that proves you tried your best to get it by the deadline and couldn't. The key words being 'tried your best'. If you don't wait the full 90 days before you submit, you didn't 'try your best'.Hello I have got an ITA on 2nd August. And my all documents are ready except one Police certificate. Can I submit my PR application with the receipt of that Police certificate or should I wait till my 90 days are over?
As per IRCC your reference letter should have the following:Dear @legalfalcon ,
I am working for same organization since April 2008.
In my ITA, I filled my experience as MIS - Analyst from April 2008 to Till Date. However, I was promoted on July 2016. Prior to that I was working as Computer System Analyst. Now, for my PR Application, I am bit confused if I should have mentioned this two post differently.
Moreover, the experience letter from office clearly mentions these post. So, in this regard, it is OK for me to write Letter of Explanation or what can be the other solution in such situation. In addition both job (MIS - Analyst and Computer System Analyst) are valid under NOC 2171 (Information Systems Analysts and Consultants.
I got nomination for SK province and have CRS 933. In my Round of Invitation, CRS cut-off 434. So I am wondering if I can show only one of the two experiences.
Thank you
If you will get the PCC soon, better wait or it. If it will take time, you can submit the application and explain it in LoE that why the PCC is not available.Hello I have got an ITA on 2nd August. Not sure what inputs you are asking and what your question is, except the facts you have stated.Hi all,
I am about to start my application. Got my IELTS result yesterday (01.09.17) with scores as follows: L 8.5, R 8.5, S 7, W 6.5. My NOC is 1111(Financial Auditor and accountant). Have already applied for WES report (ETA 13.09.17). With my assessment the CRS is 398. If my W score improves to 7.0 (from 6.5), it will shoot up to 435+(provided the score improves). I am a Graduate and CA (qualified in 2014 end from India),and my experience is as follows:
Pre qualification work experience: 1 year and 2 month -As accountant cum book keeper (NOC Code: 2011)
Post qualification work experience: 2 yrs and 5 months (till Aug 2017)- As Financial Auditor and accountant (NOC Code: 1111)
My question is how can I increase my crs score with this information (IELTS 7.5 overall + this work ex, if shown)
Inputs are highly appreciated!!
Thanks
The processing for CEC inland and outland is the same. They may be processed at different offices, but all applications go through the following stages:Hi Legalfalcon,
does processing office differ for CEC Inland and CEC outland ?
Thanks.
How can I make my CRS (current 398) strong so as to apply in a month or so, although i will be reappearing for IELTS again. My NOC code 1111 has been spotted in Nova Scotia, but that category is closed as of now.Not sure what inputs you are asking and what your question is, except the facts you have stated.
I know.It takes 30 days to get GCMS notes.
@legalfalcon please help@legalfalcon I've received a request for IMM5562E form.
I stayed in Poland for 3 months for my studies. Does it go into the form?
I traveled to multiple countries in the Schengen area from Poland but do not have any stamps for that. I included the travel details in my Travel History form while submitting the application and also wrote and LoE stating why is it not visible in my passport.
Do I submit LoE again with the IMM5562E form?
