Why winnipeg- easy pr rules ,good college staff and very friendly people

buddy, i have just got the approval mail saying application has been approved.
in vfs tracking passport is under processing. when will it change ?

Can u tell me what is the last date to apply the Visa for Sep-13 session?

well wat I hv heard is 31st july...but I think after dat also u can apply.....as one f my friend filled on 1st aug under spp...
