Guys my CRS is 473 and had received an ITA in the 20th April round. Had submitted my application in late May but my application got refused because it was deemed incomplete as my PCC wasn't quite what they were looking for. The refusal came on May 27th. My application status is also Cancelled and not Closed. In the meantime I have gotten a new PCC made. Do you think I should raise a CSE and ask them to reopen my file with me attaching the new PCC or should i wait for the next ITA? I have also created a new EE profile btw so I'm already in the pool. Please advise. Thanks.

Had not paid RPRF upfront. Now 5.5 months after AOR, got notice to pay RPRF. If I pay today how long it will take to get the PPR and VISA stamped on the passport? My VO is NewDelhi.

Is it 100% sure that the VISA would be issued, once RPRF is accepted?
What would be the earliest month I could travel to Canada?

Hello,

If a potential employer sends a "Permanent Residency LMIA" to support my PR, and it gets approved, and I go through all the process in Express Entry and I become a Permanent Resident , what happens if the employer no longer can offer me the job? Let's say for economic reasons, etc (after I'm a PR). Can you please include links to CIC where this is confirmed?

Thank you!

Everything is fine - Make sure you add sufficient number of duties and at least 5 duties should closely match (not word by word match) the roles outlined under the NOC you choose!

Hello,

I have one question, I am OINP PNP applicant, I showed 12000 funds during my OINP application, then after getting OINP i reduced it to $0 and I got invitation under CEC. I got AOR on may, 26, 2016. Today I got schedule 4 request, so they are asking funds available again. Can I put 12,500 or should I keep it $0 as I have mentioned earlier in my EE profile. Do you think this will affect my application?

I have only 7 days to submit, your answer will be very helpful.

Thanks

So, you were invited to apply under the PNP stream. If you are not currently working in Canada, I believe you might have to show POF.

Lets say I havent shown POF and I got request on schedule 4, it means it is OK to not show POF, one more thing, Can I add POF above LICO with bank statement?? will that be fine??

I'm assuming you are currently working in Canada. If this is true, you need NOT show funds and you can enter 0. You can add a LOE along with your S4 form and explain this.

Nonetheless, there is no harm in adding funds and showing statement - but it is just not required.
