Hello Asivad,

My friend from Pakistan has submitted his PR application from Pakistan
Medical done - April 25
E-APR AOR - May 17
Schedule A - May 19
Medical in Review - May 19

but the below are few concern for medicals
He has received a physical letter by courier CHC New Delhi Stating
"Further Medical Information is required before a decision can be reached. Details has been sent to your eMedical file regarding the medical information required. Please return to see the Panel Physicians who performed your immigration medical examination or to another eMedical enable panel physician"

Strange thing the physical letter has May 11 issuance date which is before eapr file submission date of May 17.
He has Scar in his Chest X-ray
Can you please enlighten what he has to do? and your response will be appreciated

Follow the instructions given in that letter.

I am trying to send the documents at "DELHI-IMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca" mail id to add my spouse in the PR application but everytime i am getting the bounce back mail as "Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently". I am confused what to do now. Kindly give your expert advice.

Hi Asivad,

I have become PR on MAy 7 and travelled to India on 15th May without PR card. Now, I want to apply for Travel document.

My question is they are asking for my travel date back to Canada. I am not sure about it as of now. My tickets are booked for 10th July but I may extend my travel plan.

If somehow I asked some1 to bring my PR card (when it comes) to India. Will that be Okay?

Need suggestion on medicals :

my marital status is changed after PPR and reported the same to CIC. As per the instructions from CIC, I uploaded all the documents for spouse. I did upfront medicals for spouse and sent the medical certificate through CSE. Now, I got a request from CIC to do medicals for spouse. Can I just upload the same medical certificate or do my spouse need to go through medicals again ?

Hi Asivad,

I have received nomination from OINP and awaiting ITA. My IELTS score is expiring on 7th June 2016 and I dnt think so I would be apply for PR with this score. I retook the test and doubt I would get same score as my previous one (L-8.5 R-7.5 S-7.5 W-7.5) though m expecting 7 in each this time.
My earlier score boosted my CRS to 438 because of which I received nomination.

My question is since I have already received nomination, will it have any impact on my OINP nomination?

As long as your new CRS score (with new IELTS) remains above 400, your OINP Nomination will not be affected. However, please note that you will have to inform OINP about the new scores and TRF Form details. You will also have to update your new IELTS scores before June 7th, otherwise your profile will become ineligible.

i have a question.My Aor date is 14th April and medical passed on 16th April and on 18th April i got additional document request to upload Schedule A and detail of my USA trip which was for 5.5 months.i uploaded the required documents on 21st april.At that time my background check was NOT STARTED and after some days my background changed to NOT NEEDED AT THIS TIME.so according to your experience ,could you tell me what my have been going on with my file.do u think my file may have transferred to my local VO and it have crossed R10 completeness check????.i just hope so bcoz my last file was immediately rejected just after 2 days of AOR due to PCC.

Hi Asivad,

My WP is expiring on June 28th next month and my file is been in process since January 20th. Its been 4 months since medical passed and eligibility in review nothing else changed. My questions are following -
- they say to apply for extension of WP eligibility has to met but mine says in process and in GCMS notes it met and R10 ok.
- If I apply for WP by June middle which will give me little extra time, Will I still be legal in Canada while waiting for WP decision.
- Do I have to be present in ON ( currently in ON) while I get PPR or I can be in any province of Canada and make my entry from there .
- I am on lay off now but company will pay me for next 7 weeks . Can I move to BC and start my life there or I have to stay here until I get PPR.
-Should I inform CIC about layoff or is it OK. Technically I am still employed until July 10th.

Hi Asivad

I send the documents to CIC for the addition of spouse. Next day i got a mail that pay the RPRF fees for both (me and spouse) and submit the passport through VFS. But i have already paid the RPRF fees for myself earlier when i got the PR. so what to do know.Also should i need to pay the processing fees for spouse($550)??
Also,In my CIC account, all the status has changed i.e

Review of eligibility: Review in progress
Background check:Not needed at this time
Final decision: Not started (earlier it was passed)

Is there any thing to worry or is it because i have to submit my passports for visa after that it will again changed to passed and application will be closed?
Your views will be highly appreciated

Dear Asivad,

I could not upload my documents in time when Saskatchewan Express Entry (SINP-EE) opened earlier this month. Now, I want to keep everything ready for their next OID intake.

I have the following questions if someone could answer:

1) Can i use the same application/account which I created for EE stream or do I have to create a new one for OID on OASIS?

2) How old the form and documents will they accept? I understand that bank statement and salary slips etc. have to be recent months, but what about employment reference certificates and different forms? Can I upload them now?

3) If I upload some of the documents now and later want to replace them, will that be possible?

I have missed a number of chances to apply online because of the traffic on their website. I do not want to miss the next chance. That’s why all these questions!

In my opinion you should order GCMS a second time only if you have crossed 90 days.

Hi guys, I would like to ask you about a detail that makes me worried while reading threads about WES report on this forum.
The Canadian Equivalency Summary of my WES report issued on August 2015 shows : Bachelor Degree (4 years). However, the credentials detailed below in the report are respectively : Bachelor Degree of 4 years, One year of graduate study at a non recognised institution and Bachelor Degree of 3 years.
Therefore, I opted for "two or more diplomas, certificate....etc" on my EE profile.
Then, I have submitted my PR Application and the above report. AOR JAN 08.
Nevertheless, lately I was reading threads about WES reports on the forum and I got worried about the mention of the Canadian Equvalency Summary as on my report it doesn't marks my two bachelor's degree but only the one of 4 years. Some people said that we can claim two degrees only if it is clearly written on the Canadian equivalency summary at the top of the report.
So I have sent days ago a query to WES asking them to clarify this situation (if I hold the equivalent of two Canadian bachelor's and why they have written only one of 4 years on the summary). They sent me today a new revised report with the mention of the two bachelor's at the equivalency summary line and told me that the paper version will be forwarded today.
So, I don't know if I shall raise a CSE to CIC to let them know about this fact or logically CIC sould have noticed it and it is clear that I hold two degree though the summary of the report doesn't show it. Otherwise I am stressed of being rejected due to this detail and in the same time I don't want to raise a CSE that might result on delaying my application more and more.
What do you think ?
