Yes. It is explicitly disallowed to have more than 1 active profile in the pool.thenumbiceman said:I was thinking of getting into the pool again. Is it going to be a problem.

I am a Java developer based in an IT firm in India. I am about to make my express entry profile and hope to get a notification of interest from Ontario. My CRS is 420. My question is:
1. Is Ontario still issuing PT's or has the cap been reached?
No one knows for sure but they are definitely not issuing them in large numbers anymore - very few members have reported PTs in September so far.
2. Which NOC should I apply with 2173 or 2174? My roles are more inclined towards 2174, but I have heard that PNP is based on NOC and 2174 is a pretty competitive NOC.
Some PNPs are based on NOC - in that sense they are similar to the FSW 2014 program which prioritized some NOCs and excluded others. But that isn't true for all of them - ONIP doesn't appear to be NOC based, for instance. Choose the NOC which best matches your job responsibilities.
Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.
You get no CRS points for having a relative but check if you get to at least 67/100 without 5 points for Adaptability. If you don't need those points, you can either remove your relative from your application completely or upload an LOE (post ITA) about the fact that you aren't claiming any eligibility points for having a relative but simply providing this information in the interests of full disclosure and that you won't be able to provide any further documentation about them.rohitsinp23 said:my brother in law is residing in alberta and he is permanent resident.
i filled in EE profile about him, because i dnt want to hide anything.
but its not possible that he will provide any thing to me like PR card, birth certificate because of family issue.

If you are qualifying for 67/100 based on these 5 points, you will have to provide required documentation else you will be ineligible for the program you art applying under (assuming throughout, of course, that you are applying under FSW).
All the best!
If you're sure you haven't got the nomination (even partly) based on the points for having this relative, simply provide an LOE after getting an ITA explaining the situation - that would suffice.rohitsinp23 said:Actually i got nomination from saskatchewan and my relative is living in alberta.
I already given details to saskatchewan in family background form during my pnp application.
Now i got nomination and waiting for ITA.
I have 360 points without nomination and now i have 960 points.
So im eligible without any relative points.
Actually i dnt wanna to hide anything thats why i declare my brother in law details.
This section is under my spouse details, that is brother is in canada.

I was reading through your comments and realised that your CRS score was 360(before PnP).
So in case you don't mind may I ask you what is your professional background and under which Nov are you filing your profile. Its just out of curiosity. You may ignore if you don't wanna reply.
TIA.
