So he can also apply under FST? and he won't have to worry about his IELTS score then right? I mean he has more than CLP 5 and CLP 4 for these categories. - It looks like he will be eligible to apply under FST. Please check the link that I shared in my previous post.
Is there any catch for FST as to anyone can apply or not? sorry I'm really dumb in this. - The link that I shared mentions the requirement.
So what's the really difference between FSW and FST? - Under Express Entry, applicants can apply for PR under 3 different economic programs - Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSW), Federal Skilled Trades Program (FST) and Canadian Experience Class (CEC). To know the requirements for each of these check this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-express.asp.
she can explain that in writing backed up by high school diploma and transcript of said degreesAragorn165 said:I made a thread for this, but I figure I may as well ask it here too. Any help on this question will be greatly appreciated!
I am asking this question for a friend of mine. She is in her late 30s, and she wants to apparently initiate the Canadian immigration process. The problem here is that while she has everything else ready and in order, the dates on her birth certificates/passport do not line up with the dates on her educational documents. In other words, the dates on her degrees are apparently wrong, for some reason- they basically have her graduating from college about five years before she actually graduated.
The question now is, is this going to be any problem? The dates everywhere else on her documents, including her passport and birth certificate, as well as her professional documents, are consistent. But will the wrong dates on the degrees cause issues for her immigration application, as well as for her ECAs, if she gets any?
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
Are you referring to the consistency of 'date of birth' across documents or is the question specific to the 'date(s) when the degree was awarded'?Aragorn165 said:I made a thread for this, but I figure I may as well ask it here too. Any help on this question will be greatly appreciated!

You should submit only your valid passport. Not your expired passport. Make sure you include all the pages including blank pages.priya2808 said:Hi Asivad,
Please help I submitted my application on 6th May , and yesterday received a message to upload my passport again ( no other detail mentioned).
I checked my uploaded passport file which i had saved on my computer and realized that the file was not opening so probably it was corrupted. The issue is that I uploaded the original scan copy of my current valid passport with the biographical page and the stamps and a notarized copy of the expired passport with all the stamp and biographical page. I have a huge travel history so thought its best to upload current and old both But the issue is
I read somewhere that a notarized copy is not valid . Do you think they will refuse my application and just close the file as incomplete submission? Or will they ask to submit the right document?
Please suggest am getting really worried
