This is exactly what needs to be done.

Thank-you.

But since EE profile eligibility is related to FSW eligibility 67/100 points.
i.e. points will be calculated based on experience entered in work history and total points should be more than 67.

Hence entire work-history should be entered to be eligible.

Pls advise.

Can we make changes to the info provided in the post ITA questions?? I'd like to delete my work exp as I am unable to get a reference letter as well as it is not contributing towards my CRS score.

Thanks!

Depends how many points you need for work experience to get to 67. If you can get away with 11 points (2-3 years of work experience) for instance, you don't really have to provide your entire work history (and supporting documentation for those jobs).

Hi Asivad Please advise

Will my application be rejected by OINP.

In my OINP application I filled the following details

3. Personal and Work History (Principal Applicant Only) Personal and work history since the age of 18, or the past 10 years, whichever is most recent.

02/14/2011 02/09/2016 Company A Employed for approx 5 years

09/24/2010 02/11/2011 Company B

02/12/2008 09/20/2010 Company C Worked part time while studying my master degree

---------------------------------------------

6. Education History (Principal Applicant Only)

06/01/2008 06/30/2010 Master Degree

06/01/2005 04/30/2008 Bachelor Degree

Total 10 years 8 months Work and Education History

Question : Will my application be rejected as I did not enter the bachelors and masters in Personal and Work History

Hi Asivad

I got the PR last month and now get married after COPR. Now want to add my spouse in the application. So i need to fill out the forms as under:

Schedule A – Background/Declaration (IMM 5669)
Additional Dependants/Declaration Form (IMM 0008DEP)
Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008)

Please confirm whether i need to fill out all the forms or spouse needs to fill and sign all these forms?

Also i will be sending the spouse educational documents,DOB certificate, passport,PCC, medicals and proof of funds(in my name). Is anything else is required which i am missing.

Also how much time it will take by the embassy to complete the process and when i need to pay the landing fees for spouse?

Thanks alot in advance

Hi Asivad n everyone
Is it possible to add common law after Copr is issued in same application ( my passport is still with CIC, but application is approved) ?

@Lakhanpal_saurabh - please let me know if you could create your profile under express entry. I have a feedback from a consultant here who says ICAS SMU report will not be eligible for express entry (even if it is positive). Am confused. Please reply. Thanks

Hi Asivad,

I am @ 463 with PGWP expiring on May 16, so currently preparing to apply for visitor visa
I am answering the questions for visitor visa eligibility online, and it asks: How long are you planning to stay in Canada?
There are three choices, less than 6 months, more than 6 months, and permanently.

Not sure if it's safe to choose more than 6 months.
What do you suggest?

Thanks!

Less than 6 months.

Educational documents and DOB aren't required.

Typically 4-8 weeks.

Unlikely. Did you declare common-law partner upfront in the application?

If you have a valid ECA report from ICAS in addition to other eligibility requirements, you can create an EE profile. Consultants are known to be clueless at the best of times.

hey Asivad
i applied for restoration(work permit) on feb 28th and my consultant just told me they approved my work permit.
do you think it's possible, ?me or my consultant both never got any email or letter from CIC saying that my work permit got approved, he checked online and said it's approved.

and my background check went into in progress for my EE application? how many takes it takes for next step?

thank you

sorry for that i know i ask too many questions.
