Thank you very much.

Here is the instruction. Will I be right in thinking I could get away without sending her birth certificate?

PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP TO SPONSOR
If you are being sponsored by your parent, you must provide proof of the relationship such as birth certificates, baptismal certificates or other official document naming your parents.
If you are being sponsored by your spouse, common-law partner or conjugal partner, you must send evidence of the relationship between you and your sponsor such as wedding photos or proof that you are partners, letters between you and your sponsor, and telephone bills showing contact between you and your sponsor.

If those are the instructions, it does appear that you can get away without the birth certificate.

Not everyone gets asked for a Schedule A.

Hi Asivad Anac can you help me on this one!?

I noticed that on the Chinese PCC (Mainland) I got, it doesnt say my passport number, instead, my Chinese ID card number is on it.

How does IRCC know thats me? (Although it has my Name, DOB on it)

And I just noticed that on the IMM008 and Schedule A forms they both ask you if you have any National Identity Document. Is that where I should say yes and put down my Chinese ID Card? But my Chinese ID card is expiring this end of August. Would this be an issue? (assuming I get an AOR before it expires)

please tell me what you think!

Yes, mention this there. You can also mention this in an LoE. Expiry of a secondary identity document during application processing wouldn't be a problem as long as the primary document (passport) remains valid till you 'land' in Canada.

could you clarify on expiry of documents, for example, if my secondary document is expiring this end of august, does that mean as long as I get an AOR before then i will be ok? And also something like age for example, if when I get an AOR when i am 29, then turned 30 during the process, will I be deducted points?

Secondary document's expiry should technically not have any relevance to your application as it isn't a mandatory requirement. In your case, it is required only to support the PCC so it's expiry (in the future) is still irrelevant to your application. Points reduction for age owing to a birthday falling between getting an ITA and submitting the post ITA application is the only exemption allowed so nothing to worry there.

Not a problem. If you're still worried, send a CSE with that page as an attachment. Choose 'Express Entry' in the CSE menu.

All the best!

So no need for a LOE?

Hello Asivad, Can you please answer my this question?

Last friday I received OINP nomination so it is likely that I'm going to receive ITA in next draw. In my OINP application I mentioned 2 work exp (1.5 month + 10.5 months), but now in my PR application I want to get rid of that 1.5 months of experience just to make it faster and smooth application process. So Can I edit my EE profile after receiving Nomination? The 10.5 months of exp is now 17 months.

One more question, before getting nomination I was eligible for FSW and CEC, but after accepting OINP it says that FSW criteria Not met, is it because I have selected in my OINP apllication that I want to get accessed as per CEC not FSW? plus, my scores not updated yet, though it says PNP accepted, nomination received but provincial criteria not met and scores are same as before.

Thanks in advance.
