My AOR is Sep16th and it was submitted by agent. Will both of us ( me and agent) lose online access to my application if I cancel use of representative?

If you cancel your representative, they will lose access and you never had access to that profile in the first place as it was on 'agent login'. Your PPR will arrive in 'that' MyCIC inbox and probably be also sent to a mail address which the representative must have provided in that application. Not sure how you will have access to the application whether you cancel the use of representative or not.

Dec '16 or when your medicals expire, whichever is earlier. Medicals are valid for 1 year.

Ok,So ass my medical are going to expire in Oct'16, so they will give visa till oct'16 and i have to do the marriage before oct'16 and send the CSE (before oct'16) to CIC with the PCC and medicals of the spouse..Am i correct?

Also i have to show some CAN$3000 extra for the spouse?? Should it also be 6 months old?

Yes. Don't push it too close.

Yes. It need not be 6 months old but you'll need to prove that it isn't borrowed from anywhere.

I have got a job offer and therefore i resigned my previous job
I have few queries:

1) do i need to inform cic about my resignation and a new job offer or i should wait until job approval?

2) i am a sinp applicant so should i inform cic about it also?

3) if you advice YES to the above questions then what documents i have to send, job offer letter and resignation letter would be enough?

Nick, i have the same issue, I filed my app with aor on 2 nov 2015 and joined a new employer on 9 nov 2015. I asked the same question on this forum and was informed by one of the member that since i am PNP i do not need to inform CIC about my next job after AOR :) I hope thats the same case with you as well :)

Asivad, my friend if we are required to update CIC with new employment (post AOR - being ITA under PNP) please guide us.

There is no need to withdraw 'Ineligible' profiles. You can start creating another fresh profile.

On the final checklist page, it mentions below for Proof of Funds:

Express Entry – Permanent Residents

If you are applying for permanent residence in Canada, you must provide an official letter issued by your financial institution indicating your financial profile. This must:

list of all your bank (chequing and savings) and investment accounts, the account numbers, dates each account was opened and the balance of each account over the past six months,
list all outstanding debts, such as credit cards and loans,
be printed on the letterhead of the financial institution, and include your name and the contact information of the financial institution (address, telephone number and e-mail address).

Please suggest: Would I need to show all credit cards? I have credit cards of 3 different countries, most of which are paid up and have no out-standings, but reaching out to 8 banks? as if there is no due, no bank sends a credit card statement. Also what to do about the Home loan? Is it to be shown or not?

Hi Asivad,

I'm asking this for my friend.

He had submitted his EE profile 2 weeks back. He is in Canada as a student.

While filling the personal history in EE, he didn't mention an internship and a 4 months job he did. Instead he mentioned that period
as unemployed as he was not claiming any points.

But only now he realized that he had mentioned this internship and job in student visa while coming to Canada.

So he is worried whether it will affect his PR appln. and how to inform CIC about this information now.

Kindly help in this regard.

Thank you.
