Hi Guys

I received ITA today. I have couple of questions to start:

- Finance - I have saved money in my account in last 2 months. I have arranged money from my fixed deposit and salary. The cash flow is slightly confusing. Is there a template I can Send to CIC with my Docs to explain this?

- Checklist - I started filling my Permanent Residence (auto generated one), but I can't see the checklist anywhere? Am I missing something?

A: No issues there...there is no standard template though...if you can attach those bank transfer slips of your other accounts or show the account statements of those accounts especially related to the transfers (basically prove that its your own money and is not borrowed), you are home.

A: You will hit the checklist at the end of the application...so keep on going.

Hello Folks,

I have submitted my proof of documents for EE application on Feb 12, 2016 and got a confirmation from the Medical center that my medical results have been submitted on eMedicals yesterday i.e. Feb 23, 2016.

Is it normal to see no updates in other criteria of the application since submission of documents? Although I know the first update on the application would be Medicals changing to Pass.

Please let me know.

Is my Canadian child accompanying or unaccompanying?
If I choose the accompanying I guess she will be included in the fees and medical.

My CRS is @435 and received PT from ontario, just few days back i renewed my passport as i had to change my address in the old one..to my surprise the old one is stamped cancelled..

All my docs are ready do i need to wait for the new one to send docs or can i email them later once i receive the one new.

Yesterday my wife's visitor visa got rejected.

So will this affect my PR appln.?

If not I'm thinking of reapplying her visitor visa again.

She is unaccompanying as she is already a citizen and probably a PP holder.

I finally did my PCC but there is one problem my birthday was different on my expired residency in Doha than my actual birthdate which is on the 30th of March, but I was registered as the 31st of March on my doha residency would that be a problem?

None of my siblings is Canadian PR and all of them have their own families.

Do I still mention them in the eAPR as family members?

If you have an ECA report stating that you have Masters equivalency in Canada, you don't need to assess your Bachelors. Non availability of ECA for Bachelors won't have any impact on your application.

I have no more doubt but to to a query I got this reply from ICAS that strengthen your point that only highest degree may be obtained ECA of and the rest are not required apart from the case if points need be claimed under two degree heading (when you don't have a masters but have two bachelors or a bachelors + minimum one year diploma). The reply is below.

Also one more point that, you don't need your two degrees (master and bachelor) ECA done but if you have a only masters eca done, it is by default that express entry will give you points for both (two) degrees and no ECA of bachelor is required.

Hopefully this is true, will need your comment n this Mr asivad.

I am a OINP PNP holder. I am the principal applicant

I have submitted a application and have received a Schedule A request( IMM 5669) . Even though this is normal that PNP applicants get the Scehdule A , the type of quiry they have mentioned is a bit tricky

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the review of your application, we require the following documents:
949XXXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Spouse name ) :
Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature. Please provide details of your Address history from 2009/03/05 to 2009/03/07. Do not leave any gaps in time.

1. Me and my Spouse were travelling between 05/03/2009 to 07/03/2009 ( On a Long train travel ) and hence I had one day Gap in the address history of my Wife. Now , how do I put in the address history , since it does not ahave a travel drop down ?

2. The address history in IMM 5669 form only contain MM- YYYY format .. How can I fill in one day GAP in that format

3.Do I requrie to submit Scehdule A for myself ( Principal applicant) along with this

4. Can I add a separate sheet to cover all the address in the same format as in IMM 5669 ( For the address Over and above the given fields in teh form )
