I know this is your personal choice, but you should start talking to your employer now only for intra company transfer..
don't wait for your landing next year and then coming back to india for initiating your transfer..
It takes time... my case is also like your's ( i m also under 0213 NOC)... though I am still waiting for my PR but took transfer to my companies Canada office and it took me over 6months to find suitable position in my company.. I wish you should get in less time.
Its very wise decision to come thru your existing employer if its possible, bcoz getting job in your NOC is not very easy but not impossible
