My husband is applying for an inland PRV. Do we need to have our translations legalized with the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs?

He is the only one applying, there are no children or relatives coming over. I just want to be clear that he is the only one getting the police check and medical check but we do have to list all of his famiy members on the additional family form? Do I have to list all of mine?

He has got the police check already will they still request us to get another one?

Should he get his medical certificate in Thailand or Canada?

1. No, the documents just have to be done by a certified translator they don't have to go to the Thai Gov't .
2. Yes, he has to list all the relatives, well that is parents and brothers and sisters.
3. Only if it is over 3 months old when you submit the application.
4. You said that you are submitting in Canada, so he must be in Canada right? So he would have his medical in Canada. Or are you confused, that your spouse is not residing in Canada, so his application will be processed in Singapore.
