i was seeing a temp foreign worker for couple of months.she got pregnant which was unplanned by me but obviously planned by her.so we fought over having abortion of course she refused.we never really got along and found out she was lesbian.she gave birth in calgary alberta canada.she has no work permit but approved lmia.we spoke very little during her preg.she didnt want me to know she was giving birth in hospital her friend texted me. i showed up at midnight however the nurses would not givemuch info to me and next day she refused me in hospital.1 im not on birthcertificate 2she is a tfw who hasnt worked in couple of months due to the pregnancy.her parents have been supporting her aswell as her roomates.ive given her money so im not running away however i will not marry her.i want to be apart of this child life.IF A TFW HAS A CHILD BORN IN CANADA DOES HE HAVE CANADIAN STATUS? of course she says im not on birth certificate cause the child will live with her parents and shes angry for me asking for abortion.HOW DO I GET MY NAME ON BIRTH CERTIFICATE.the child is on my alberta healthcare account.as of today im not sure if she is actually here illegal.she did make a facebook account for our child so my freinds and family could see pictures.she basically alienates me from this child.ONCE IM ON THE BIRTHCERTIFICATE CAN SHE GO AFFTER ME FOR CHILD SUPPORT AS A TFW. HOW DO I PREVENT HER FROM ALIENATING ME FROM THIS CHILD DUE TO OUR DIFFERENCES.

1. You need a lawyer specializing is family law. Yes, if you are the father, she can "go after" you for child support, which can last as long as the age of 19 and longer if the child attends school. See why you need a lawyer?

You seem to have ignored this advice and are back here almost six months later asking the same question. Not surprisingly, you've been given the same answer yet again. Maybe time to finally get a lawyer?
