Have anyone applied for citizenship with TOEFL test results as proof of language? Will the application be considered?

Thank you! I have already submitted the TOEFL results along with my Postgraduate degree certificate(in english) from the UK. However i did not add the Address and contact info of the institution. Hopefully they will consider it. Fingers crossed.

Your post graduate degree is sufficient. The TOEFL will be disregarded but it doesn't hurt that you have included it with your application. The instructions clearly specifies which of the third party tests will be accepted as proof of language proficiency.
