When I login to my online application tracker I see that I am scheduled for an online test between 10th of Sept to 30th Sept. I noticed that status last Friday 3rd Sept.

it says

You've been scheduled to take citizenship test online between September 10, 2021 and September 30, 2021. Information and instructions will be sent to you.

But I never received an email. Is this normal or I am yet to receive an email from them?

U will receive email 1 or 2 days before test.

Dont wait for email.
You can take test even if you dont receive email. Just focus on preparing, not on email invite.
Test link is open to all except only certain people can take test only during that time. So you know the date range hence you can log into it to take the test whenever you are ready from 10th.

Also do they give you a window within which you should take the test or is it a single day that is just prescheduled?

Also do they give you a window within which you should take the test or is it a single day that is just prescheduled? For online test they give you window 21 days. U can take it any time or day in that time frame

looks like you don't need to wait for the email. Also you still have a day to receive it.
