In my case no. I got around 15 multiple choice, and around 5 true/false questions. Test was very, very easy, more like test of English than anything else. All online tests one can access, are much harder than the actual test.

yes the online tests are hard with a lot of dates, names etc

A fill in the blanks question would actually be a select the good answer to fill the blanks
AFAIK, there's never a question asking you to actually come up with the answer.

Also what is my federal electoral district called? similarly how do i know who my provincial representative is? infact, please tell me how i can find answers to other territorial and municipal govt questions as well. i googled but found basic answers of federal govt but not specific to the area i live in....

Well, for a start, OP is also asking about the "territorial" government that doesn't exist in Ontario
Also, the answer is simply to google "what is my federal/provincial electoral district" or "what is my municipality"
