Does anybody know if it is possible to see when are test dates for the next couple of months (in each province) in the IRCC website?

No there would be too many. Vancouver has tests on a couple of days per week and also multiple tests on the same day.

Obviously, if anything, there are even more test dates in Toronto than in Vancouver. There is no point in trying to plan around those dates. There are too many.
