Hmmm...I would contact CIC
That's not normal to wait 1 year for oath. Did you pass the test?

that's true - you should call CIC call center - if you happen to do - ask if your test results are updated.
since It is one year wait - you can call the agent to send a note to your local office and ask whats the delay.

If you received a Post test RQ , then it is normal to wait for a year or more

I Passed test on Aug 15, 2013 and got RQ in interview , send all documents on sep 2013

Any update Raidshouan on your case ?

I had took the exam in september 2013 and received the RQ in Nov and send it back in Dec 2013.
Every time I call they tell me there is still no decision and they have untill march 2015 to give me an answer
