An employee was working on work permit in Canada since last year, but their employment recently got terminated unfortunately just days before the completion of one year of work experience. However, the employee was given one week of pay, after termination date, in lieu of salary as per employment act standards.
So, the question is, does termination pay period of one week count as work experience for Canadian Experience Class?
