Hello,

I have signed a contract on June 4th 2013 stating that I cannot leave the office for two years. Will that make any change in the application for FSW?

You did what?! Is that an employer outside Canada?

Yes the employer is outside Canada.
For Work Experience I have to submit the contract document and in the contract one of the clauses it says I cannot leave within 2 years.

Two things:

1. It is not essential to send contract document, the requirement is to provide a experience letter from your company.
2. Even if that 2 years contract is in place, you are still fine as the immigration process will take at least an year from the day you apply, and as well as you can decide later on when to quit your job even after you got your immigration visa issued. You can also take vacation from your job and land in Canada and then go back and finish your remaining 2 years term. I don't see this being an issue.

Just my comments, senior members might shed more light.
