Please somebody help me..... the company's project was terminated. My Visa will expire this march 15 and my working visa will expire 08/16/2013. Can i transfer/apply to another company???? 
Terminated contract, visa expire on 03/15/13 and WP on 08/16/13

You can stay in Canada till your work permit expires and hopefully you can find another job before that.

The visa is only good when you come inside Canada, so if he doesn't leave Canada and his work permit is still valid, he can stay as long as the work permit is not expired, even if he is not working at his job anymore. There is also a 90 day restoration if he exceeds his stay in Canada after the work permit expires.
